Thank you for shopping at Loom and Liberty. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and restrictions. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time

Handling time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (November–December, holiday periods, or sales events), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Delivery estimates begin after your order is processed and shipped.

Carriers may deliver on Saturdays but do not deliver on Sundays or national holidays.

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
3. Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders with a subtotal of $50 or more shipped to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged standard shipping rates.
4. International Shipping
Currently, Loom and Liberty does not ship internationally. We only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories.
If you are located outside the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@loomandliberty.com to discuss possible arrangements.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for Priority or Express shipping methods. Standard shipping may ship to P.O. boxes depending on carrier availability.

We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to carrier regulations or product type. Restrictions will be noted at checkout if applicable.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Your tracking number

A link to track your package with the carrier
You can also track your order by visiting the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and entering your tracking number.
7. Shipping Errors and Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@loomandliberty.com.

Include photos of the damage or the incorrect item and your order number.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.

We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect or damaged item.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

Check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

Contact us at support@loomandliberty.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the missing package.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Shipping Charges and Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

If you return an item for a refund, original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is our fault.

10. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
As we do not currently ship internationally, customs duties and import taxes do not apply. If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers will be responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country.
