At Loom and Liberty, we want you to love everything you buy from us. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with a simple and fair return and refund process.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as "final sale" at checkout).

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products .

  • Custom or personalized items.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@loomandliberty.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions and a shipping label (if we provide one).

  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions.

Please do not send items back without emailing us first.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund according to the following:

  • Full refund: If the item is unused, in original condition, and within the return window.

  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing time: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

If you do not receive your refund after approval, please check your bank statement and contact your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, email support@loomandliberty.com.


Exchanges and Store Credit

We offer the following options:

  • Exchanges: Contact us for size or color exchanges if we have the item in stock.

  • Store credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for future purchases instead of a refund.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Non-refundable shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Defective or incorrect items: If we sent the wrong item or a defective item, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Include photos of the damage or defect and your order number.

  3. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.
